Telehandler (Rough Terrain Forklift Truck) is to ensure that all end-users demonstrate the basic knowledge and proficiency to select equipment suitable for the user, task and environment.
End Users required to work with lifting equipment must be trained in the recognition of the risks and hazards associated with the equipment, and understand the methods of controlling these associated risks and hazards. A practical portion will be required showing the participant can inspect and safely operate the equipment.

Custom courses can be made to incorporated the basic Forklift (PILT – Power Industrial Lift Trucks) class with the Telehandler class. If this option is preferred it must be schedule and arranged with Honeywell prior to the course date.
